Property sales for NSHE institutions/departments

Below are items that haven been made available for purchase to all NSHE institutions and departments using a sealed bid format. If a department is interested in a sale and would like to view the item, please email Nathan White at nrandallwhite@unr.edu

 

Each sale will list a brief description, location of the item/items, the minimum bid of the item/items, and the ending date that all sealed bids must be emailed to Nathan White at nrandallwhite@unr.edu Once the sale date has ended, the NSHE institution/department with the highest sealed bid will win the sale. BCN Surplus will reach out to the NSHE institution/department to get the work tag number to process the payment of the sale and arrange a pickup date and time of the purchased item.

Lab lot. Starting bid $2000. All sealed bids must be place by the end of October 7th. 

Leica cm3050 S Biosystems Cryostats. The item turned on and was set to -24c, after a night of running, the machine was reading -22c

Eppendorf vapo.protect Mastercycler pro. Item turned on but did not test the full function of the item

 

Used Enco Bandsaw. Starting bid $400. All sealed bids must be place by the end of October 15th.

Bandsaw is functional and works as intended
